Refund policy

If your purchase no longer meets your needs, Pikoolo provides a 30-day return window starting from the day after the package is marked as delivered. To begin a return request, please contact our support team at support@pikoolo.com.

Return Requirements:

  • The product must be unused and remain in its original condition.
  • Factory seals and labels must not be removed or damaged.
  • The item must not contain signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage.
  • The original packaging must be included with the return. To request a return authorization, contact us at support@pikoolo.com and provide the reason for your return request.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our fulfillment department, approved refunds will be issued within seven business days.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Check Eligibility: Confirm that your return request is submitted within 30 days after delivery.
  2. Contact Support: Send your order details and return reason to our customer support team by email or through our website contact form. We will provide return instructions and authorization details.
  3. Pack the Product Securely: Place the item in its original packaging together with any included accessories, manuals, or inserts.
  4. Include Return Information: Add the provided return authorization details along with a short note explaining the return reason.
  5. Ship the Package: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Pikoolo is not responsible for packages lost during return transit.

  6. Send Tracking Details: After shipment, provide the tracking number so our team can monitor the return progress.
  7. Inspection Process: Once the return arrives, our team will inspect the item and notify you regarding refund approval.
  8. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within seven business days.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@pikoolo.com. Eligible items may qualify for a replacement or full refund without additional return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation: Orders may be canceled or adjusted without additional fees before shipment confirmation is issued. Once the package has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within two days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our support team. We will coordinate an investigation with the carrier. If the shipment is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund option will be provided.

Refund Information: Refunds are processed after returned items have been received and verified by our warehouse team. Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method within seven business days.
