Free Standard Shipping:
Pikoolo offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders without minimum purchase requirements. This service is available across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We strive to provide a smooth and dependable delivery experience for all customers. Free shipping applies to standard delivery methods only, and estimated delivery timeframes still apply.
Order Processing:
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday through Sunday) for purchases submitted before 12 PM EST.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Most shipments are delivered within approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch. Deliveries are completed Monday through Saturday to the address provided during checkout. Please note that we do not ship to pickup stations or collection points.
While we work to meet all shipping estimates, Pikoolo is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including carrier interruptions, severe weather conditions, or natural disasters.

If your purchase no longer meets your needs, Pikoolo provides a 30-day return window starting from the day after the package is marked as delivered. To begin a return request, please contact our support team at support@pikoolo.com.
Return Requirements:
- The product must be unused and remain in its original condition.
- Factory seals and labels must not be removed or damaged.
- The item must not contain signs of wear, misuse, or physical damage.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected by our fulfillment department, approved refunds will be issued within seven business days.
